In 1907, Dr. John Foster founded Houston ENT Clinic in downtown Houston on a promise to provide quality healthcare in a compassionate manner. Dr. Robert B. Wilkins was born and raised in Galveston, Texas.  He was instrumental in the founding of Houston Eye Associates, and has been practicing for 30+ years.  Dr. Wilkins received his bachelors degree from the University of North Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1964.
