Cafe Express is the creation of the Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group. The Café Express menu is the work of renowned chef and co-owner Robert Del Grande. Robert, as one the inventors of modern Southwestern cuisine, has always stressed freshness and flavor. He credits his success to family, luck, talent, hard work - and a Ph.D. in biochemistry, which taught him about "the experience of pursuing interests with passion."

The Grove combines contemporary architecture with warm colors and rich wood. The building was designed by noted architect Larry Speck, the former dean of the school of architecture at the University of Texas. Interiors are by SDG partner Candice Schiller.
